Maxillo 3 Lacs is a brand-new state of the art maxillofacial surgery clinic located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, we are seeking a Dental Receptionist to be part of our team.

Qualifications:

• Secretarial studies (DEP), in dental secretary (preferably)
• 1-2 years minimum experience (preferably)
• Excellent computer knowledge including Windows, and Microsoft Office (we are a paperless clinic)
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Effective listening skills and superior communication skills
• Language skills; French and English (spoken and written).
• Resourceful and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Capable of working well both independently and as a team member.
